Just wondering if anyone has had wellcare pay for the gastric bypass

I was wondering if anyone has the bypass & wellcare paid for it. I have medicare part a&b but I need 18 consecutive months of diet documentation. I was told that wellcare will pay if it is medically neccesary. I have documents from 4 doctors proving it is.
