Question:
need multi vitamin w/o e in it!

have been told by my plastic surgeon not to take any vitamin e for 2 weeks before my tt- he doesn't want me to take e for 2 weeks after either- can anyone recommend a multi vitamin that does NOT contain e? or what vitamins should i be sure and take if i have to take them separately? meaning c, b complexes etc- i am 8 months out and down 100 lbs- advice would be most appreciated- thanks!    — Jannie N. I don't know where to find a multi-vit without E.. but when I had my bladder surgery (I was only 2 months post-op), my surgeon didn't want me to take my multivitamin for 2 weeks... When I asked my WLS Dr. he said that it would be fine to not take for 2 weeks, that it will not really effect you unless you stopped using it for months... So if you can not find the Vitmain.. You might just want to stop taking the vitamins until after your surgery...

Maybe you'll have to purchase some small bottles of individual vitamins to use for awhile ... you know you can get thiamin (B12) and a whole bevy of different ones.
