Question:
Has anyone had ps with Health Plus of Michigan? How were they about approval?

I was with BC/BS of Michigan, and we are switching in Jan 04 to Health Plus, I am wanting the lower body lift done, and wondered how they are with there approvals. I have had tt/hernia done, a little lipo which I paid for most of that, and a revision of my tt scar, and a lift of the lower area under tummy. Just curious if I could get the lift done. Appreciate any input. I am happy with everything, and so thankful for 135pd lost since Oct 01, just would like to have rest of this done if possible.
