Are the Alba shakes any good post-op?

We've looked everywhere in Dallas to find Alba - no luck. Anyone find them in their community?

I bought ALBA form Jewel /Albertson's a couple months ago and they were on the bottom shelf and very dusty. It was about 4.19 a box. I didn't like the ALBA because it got very foamy in the blender and gave me terrible gas.
