Erinn, sorry I had to laugh at reading your post. 3grams of carbs really is
nothing. Instead of 3 a day, just have 2, that's still only 6 more grams a
day than normal. Even if you are one of those people who try to stay under
20grams a day, this won't really hurt you. I personally try to stay below
20 PER meal, so I do eat carbs, but I want to and I'm at my goal. I
honestly wouldn't worry about it!

Oh yeah....those pops are terribly fattening!! Look at you losing 126
pounds in 6 months!! So fattening! Too many carbs! Good job, girl! Keep
up the good work. You inspire me to eat more ice pops!!

I practically live on popsicles. If I have to give them up, I'd lose the
will to live. Honestly. I don't like the orange and tend to just eat the
grape and cherry but I think that sometimes I run through a box a day (of
the grape and cherry). My husband says he is sick to death of shopping for
popsicles. My one pleasure in life. Don't get between me and my
popsicles.

People will probably gasp in absolute HORROR, but I've NEVER counted carbs.
I count protein, and ounces of fluid, but not carbs. I try to eat a
balanced diet, eat lots of protein, drink lots of protein, and that's it. I
admit it. I'm not a carb counter! If I were you, I wouldn't worry about the
3 carbs in the popsicle. You've got to live a LITTLE!

I eat a lot of popsicles. Every time I turn around my husband or I are
going to the grocery store to buy more. They are addicting. I had Lap RNY
on 6/11/02 and have lost between 125 and 130 lbs and am at goal. Before
surgery, I would eat Little Debbie cakes (Swiss cake rolls) like there was
no tomorrow. Now I eat SF popsicles. No big deal! I'm certainly making a
better food choice than before surgery. I like a previous poster said, I
have never counted carbs. I don't worry. I worried about food my whole
life........ is this too many calories?, am I eating too much?. I refuse
to do that any more. YOU GO GIRL! You're doing great. Celebrate! Go
have another popsicle.

If not for sf popciciles, I would starve to death. I go thru a box every
two days and if I run out, I act like a crazed drug addict. (LOL)

SF popsicles are a lifesaver for me! We probably go through a whole box
every two days or so. Im constantly asking my husband to go get some more
from the store. I dont count carbs either, only thing I try to keep track
of is protein, fat and sugar content. Anything with more than 2 grams of
sugar and I look at the ingredients to see what kind of sugar it is and if
its on my list of sugars that are tolerated or to avoid. Enjoy those
popsicles!

I don't think that this is an issue, however if you are concerned i have a
solution. This is what I did because I made myself CRAZY with carbs ;) Just
freeze crystal lite in ice cubes or buy popsicle molds. 0 cal 0 carbs. Good

Erinn, you are a little dramatic! 3 carbs is absolutely nothing. I don't
count carbs either as there are lots of good carbs out there like fruits,
veggies, beans, whole grain breads which are part of my daily diet. As a
general rule, try to minimize the white carbs (sugars, cakes, cookies,
white breads, rice, pasta) and enjoy the rest. Eat all the popsicles you
want..better for you than cookies!
