Question:
Are there any receipe books out there ?
I bought Barbara Thompson's book, Finding the thin person hiding inside you, and found it very helpful. Now I am looking for a cook book or receipe book with foods specifically for the gastric bypass patient. I am 3 1/2 weeks pre-op and am just trying to prepare what I will be able to eat and what tastes good. Anyone who has knowledge of a post-op person who put a book together for publication, please let me know. — suehorn (posted on March 1, 2003)

Check out my profile page or website for a recipe book especially for RNY
patients who must conform to the 2g of refined sugar or less. On the site,
you'll find photos, sample recipes and ordering information for the book.
