Why did you have the RNY? You need to talk to your Dr. and Dietian to get
you back on track. Even if this is an occasional meal - it's not the best
food choices to continue to lose weight and meet your goal. You may be
stretching your pouch, and eating foods high in fat and carbohydrates will
set you up for problems down the road. Go back to basics and stay away from
fast foods--- look up some advise in the Library section too. - Sally

Just because you CAN eat it doesn't mean that you SHOULD eat it. I can
eat one piece of pizza - tops. A double cheeseburger from McD - no
way...1/2 of a Chicken McGrill with no roll. No fries either.
<p>
You need to talk with a nutritionist more than with the surgeon. Besides
the food quantities, those are not the best choices. You seem to be doing
well - 83 pounds in 6 months is very good - but you need to eat healthier
or you will not get down to that 126...JR (open RNY 07/17 -152 pounds)

I can eat like that as well. It is very frustrating to me! I actually
made my surgeon promise me that I really had a pouch and a tiny stoma. He
assures me that I do. My nutritionist suggested eating a piece of fruit
and/or baby carrots before each meal - that has helped.
