Question:
How many servings of Protein Crystals are there in the 10 pack?
I am very interested in ordering the Protein Crystals but do not know how many servings would be in the 10 pack. I tried calling WLS success but was not able to connect with a human! Anybody know how much bang for the buck? I am hoping that 10 pack does not = 10 days worth. — Lisa D. (posted on January 3, 2003)

From what I have been reading, it's one container for the 20g of protein.
So, you are paying between $2.59 and $2.99 per serving (depending what site
you get them from). Seems that there are lots cheaper sources of protein -
both food and supplements.
Here - you are most definitely paying for convenience...JR

Yes, there is one serving per container. 20 grams of protein and 5 grams of
sugar per serving. I bought a box, and find that they are a bit too sweet
for me. Although a friend of mine really likes it. I would suggest trying a
sample first.
