Heather, i always feel that it is very dangerous for people to give out
advice on gaining weight. IT is something that you need to discuss with
your surgeon, and a dietician, so that the weight you gain is appropriate,
and done properly. Don't "just eat more". You need to eat the
right things.

Heather
you do the exact opposite of what you did to loose,,,,In otherwords
increase carbohydrates and lower protiens some keep adding 10 to 20 grams
of carbs a day til weightloss stops when you have regained enough cut back
by 20 grams a day til you loose a pound or two then divide the difference
between loose and gain and thaats your ideaal carb intake for you
everyones is different

What do you weigh today? How much have you lost? What are you eating these
days? Why do you feel your too thin? Have you spoken with your nutronist /
surgeon. Please tell us more so we can help. Its not JUST a number on a
scale issue.

I too feared that I was losing too much weight. Having been there I agree
with the poster who said talk it over with your doctor. Do you feel that
you are too thin because of what you see or what others say. My health was
(and is good) my weight loss stoped when my body felt it was enough and I
am just "cursed" with being a "naturally" slender body
type!! Who knew???
but seriously , your doctor will know what to do if you are becoming too
thin. Remember dieting made us fat , so don't fall into the reverse dieting
trap , without professional help. 3 yrs post op and loving it!!
