I dont know if this will help you but im from PA and i have an individual plan from Blue Cross Blue Sheild Personal Choice and they approved me within 6 hours no questions asked so as long as i had a BMI of 40 or more. I pay 404.90 a month to have this plan. i dont know if they have it out in TN but its worth going to their web site and find out...its http://www.ibx.com Good luck

I have heard people talk about completecareplan.com , they accept surgery and I think you pay something like 79.00 a month hope this helps you !!!!!!
