Has anyone gotten approval for tummy tuck through UPMC HMO?

I have a coworker who had her first denial from UPMC HMO, she is in appeal now. I will be following her success because I also have UPMC HMO and will need surgery badly once I lose my weight. 12 weeks postop, -67#.
