Twinlabs makes both of these products. Calcium Citrate wafers and B-12
dots. I think I got mine at vita4less.com
I can't stand the taste of the Citrate wafers, although some people think
they are great. I didn't mind them before surgery, but my tastes have
changed quite a bit.

hello. i buy my sublingual b-12 from Trader Joe's, i don't remember the
cost but i know it wasn't much. i get the tablets (?), they are tiny and
dissolve quickly. i get citrical w/vitamin d from walmart, under $5, i
dissolve them in a little low sugar juice or even just water - i don't like
the huge pills either.

I get sublingual B-12 from Wal-Mart. It's called Spring Valley and is only
a few bucks. I'm not sure the exact price. I also take 2-4 Tums a day for
my calcium. It's cheap and effective. You can also take Viactive. It is a
little more expensive, though.
