Question:
Who can tell me about vita4life!?

I am two months post-op and am feeling pretty lousy. I know I'm not getting nearly enough protein and I'm wondering about vitamins, too. I just ordered a sample pack from vita4life! and I'd like to hear from anyone who uses their products.    — Bridget C. (posted on May 28, 2002)

I've used Vita4life for about 3 months now, and overall the product is wonderful. Both the protein and vitamins are packaged for convenience, just throw them in your purse and go...I found that the protein was really good for someone on the go, because I could always just add my protein to a cup of water, or decaf tea (which you can get anywhere) I have tasted the mocha, orange creamsicle, plain, and honey in the protein, and found that the honey was the best bet for me because it flavored my tea very well. At first I found the taste to be pretty strong, but got use to it fairly quick. The Vita4life was excellent for labs as well.
