Question:
Who has purchased the cookbook mentioned here, sold by Mitch Sivadon-Smith?

Someone mentioned this cookbook, made especially for WLS, made by Mitch SIvadon-Smith. I contacted him and found it's price is $25. I would like to hear from others prior to buying it. Is it worth it?    — Gail G. (posted on March 25, 2002)

I have this cookbook- I (along with half the support group he was at) bought it pre-op, because friends that were posties had it and I reviewed it- It is a marvelous tool- It takes you from the liquid stage of the diet thru the first year- Mitch himself is a postie-and support group leader here in San Diego- he has lost a fabulous amount of weight- the recipes are easy, and creative so we can continue to have variety and make things even our families will eat!
