Question:
How many grams of carbs can I have a day to remain losing weight?
When I'm in this whole dieting groove, I like to cut out all of the simple carbs. The only carbs I intake are from fruits and veggies and 7 grams from my protein bar. Can I include a carb in like some prezels or cheese crackers and still lose a decent amount of weight.
