Question:
Any ideas of how to take huge vitamins?
I am 8 weeks postop. I had a checkup with my surgeon and was given the "list" of vitamin supplments I will take for the rest of my life. I tried grinding up the centrum multi-vitamin, and I added it to my applesauce. It was disgusting. I was wondering if anyone had a better idea? Thanks. — Michelle K. (posted on July 13, 2001)

I just ordered protein and vitimins from Vita4life.com The vitamins are
suppose to be easy to take and the protein comes in little 2oz packets.
Hope they're good!

Try the One a Day brand vitamins. I have found that they are easier to get
down because they are smaller than the Centrum. If need be take 2 of them
instead of one.

I found that Country Life brand makes adult strength chewables as well as
chewable calcium and vitamin E. You can order them from:

Look for liquid multi-vitamins - I take Liqui-Mins, a multi-vite with
minerals. I also take Floradix which has iron in it, and a liquid Vitamin
B-12 which I found at GNC. A store which specializes in nutrition
(bodybuilders go to them) is sure to have something appropriate.

Hi, my surgeon reccomends taking 2 children's chewable (sugar-free)
vitamins each day. He prefers Bugs Bunny.
