Question:
What is the name of a web site that helps you graph your weight loss? ght los
I'd like to use an on-line service to post my weight loss, which they then put in graph form - or whatever. does anyone know of such a site for all of us post-ops? — Donna M. (posted on May 21, 2000)

Donna: Try the graphs at www.dietwatch.com. It was a lifesaver to see my
steady progression of loss over my entire 7 month post-op time when I hit a
few plateaus. Makes you realize that it is all part of the process.

I just found a site I think you will be interested in. I was in the chat
room and I was speaking to a guy named Jeff. He has started his own site to
calculate and chart anyones progress. Graphs and charts and progress. Even
your average daily weight loss. I really liked his site and I think it will
be a big hit. The address is www.janesworld.com

There is an excellent program you can download called Weight Commander.
The site address is http://www.interaccess.com/weightcmdr/
you can download a demo and if you like it I think the registration
was like $5 bucks.
there are a ton of cool features on it that make it fun to graph your
loss.
I have no connection to the owner so I don't gain anything by mentioning
the
program. However I think it is a great and useful program.
