Questions about PS

I am scheduled for a tummy tuck on March 30th is there any words of wisdom or suggestions for me like what should I ask the surgeon and what should I expect. I only lost 60 pounds with RNY and have a huge apron still.    — Monica T. (posted on February 23, 2005)

Don't know about words of wisdom , but a few suggestions. Wear your binder as long as you can, 24/7. Ask your surgeon where you can get another one. They don't last long, and you'll need to wash them. I got panty girdles with zippers to wear during the day and wore the wrap binders at night. If you are interested, I can find the website I bought from. Also, follow the Drs. directions as far as activity after surgery, and you will have a good result. Don't over do it. Good luck!!
