Question:
How many grams of protein per egg white?

Okay everyone, I have searched the net high and low and can't seem to find the answer. How many protein grams are in one egg white. I have always loved them. I am one month post op and find it very easy to eat 3 egg whites at one time. (I am totally stuffed by the time I get through, but no getting sick!) I just want to know what the answer is. I use 7 grams as an average. I mainly eat egg beaters which actually has 7.5 grams. I'm amazed you can eat that much. I was stuff at 2. Just be careful not to advance your quantity too quickly and stretch the pouch.
