Question:
Has anyone gaind weight
i was wondering has anyone gaind weight and had to have a revision surgery three years ago i had my first surgery and i am almost back up to the weight i was when i had that surgery. the band sliped and after lossing about 80 pounds i did not loss any more then after a while i began to slowly tip the scale again. not knowing what was going on i started working out more and i had really stoped eating i was telling the doctor and i did not feel much of a support system there. about a year and a half after that i was 200 pounds and got pg to make a long story short my dauthtor was born stillborn at 38 weeks so then i became depressed very very i did not know what to do. so i had the weight gain which now i was 220 and depressed and lost. now im 256 due to all the depression and my illiness came back that i hade the surgery for in the first place. so i need the surgey. i am not well but i dont want to do it again if the second surgery wont work. thank you for listening — Angela A. First, Im sorry for your lost; Alot of people who have the lap bad get it
revised to the RNY. The lap band was just that a band.. nothing else;
slippages happen; weight gain happens. If you revise over to the RNY you
will loose. Good luck.

Think she might have had the VBG. In any case revisions to the RNY do very
well. My surgeon does tons of these. VBG fail frequently its noyt your
fault.
