Question:
Is there a protein supp you can COOK/BAKE with?
I know it's probably been answered before, but maybe someone has something new to share or maybe I need to see it again! Is there any protein supplement that I can add to food when I cook or bake that doesn't "break down" and doesn't impact taste or texture much? Thanks! — jen41766 (posted on November 30, 2002)

I bake with egg white protein powder and I believe that soy is also safe to
bake with. You can't bake with whey.
