Question:
How long after a b-12 injection will I start to feel better?

I've heard by the next day. I just started taking the B-12 shots and I had to help my mother move and I had lots of energy just after I had the shot. Is yours only 1 per month? I wonder why most people are only get it once per month.

I had my B-12 this last Tuesday and I'm still waiting for it to kick in! I ran myself ragged this week and that could be part of it too. Hopefully after catching up on sleep and exercise this weekend, I will have more energy. One thing that I've found (even before I got my B-12) is that exercise really helps. I was water walking every day before school started. Now I'm lucky if I get to go 3 times a week. I can definitely tell the difference. Oh, and if I forget to drink enough, I'm lacking in the energy department.
