Has anyone with Trigon Blue Cross/Blue Shield Cost Alliance Insurance State of VA,

I have Trigon Blue Cross/Blue Shield out of Virginia. I think this is probably the same company. I just sent a letter documenting all the problems I had with my excess skin (rashes, odors, limiting certain exercises and activities due to the excess skin, skin hung down to pubic bone area, etc.) along with a letter from the plastic surgeon and pictures showing the amount of excess stomach that needed to be removed (do a side view pulling your stomach out as far as you can). Once they received that, I was approved the same day. Your letter and pictures will prbably have more bearing on your getting approved then your plastic surgeon's letter. They don't tend to write the greatest letters. Trigon has been absolutely wonderful to work with. Had my tummy tuck on Wednesday and am very pleased so far with the results.
