can you give this B12 shot in your stomach

Hi, it depends on the way your b-12 shot was ordered. Most are given SQ
(subcutaneus or in the fat)- if that is the way yours is then it is fine to
give in the fatty part of the stomach. If it is IM(intramuscualar- in the
muscle) then you would need to give it in your arm, thigh or buttock. Hope

Sub cu is only absorbed at 80%, IM is at 100%. So, if you do the stomach,
you're not getting your money's worth or your "poke" worth. LOL!
Thighs are easy.
