Question:
I found a treat I'd like to share........

I am 5 weeks post-op and still on a liquids diet. I had been eating sugar-free popsicles and was getting a little tired of them. Schwan's has fudgesicles called "Trim Creations". They are sugar-free and fat-free (50 calories per bar). They sure are a nice change and very yummy!    — Dona R. (posted on May 18, 2002)

Try Diary Queen's Fudge Bars. Same calories but are even creamier. I've had both and prefer the Dairy Queen ones.

I also found some that are Blue Bunny brand. I get them at Wal Mart. They are sugar free, fat free, and even have 4 grams of protein! They have fudge and a fudge vanilla swirl.

Thank you for sharing your other "treat" finds. Now I can actually go to Dairy Queen without any guilt. Breyer's also has sugar-free/fat-free ice cream that I have made shakes with using my milk allowance.

Dairy Queen also has a SF Dilly Bar that is SO YUMMY, but it has 12 gr. of fat so I only have one of those when I haven't had a lot of fat that day. They are worth saving up the fat gr. though!

I also discovered something last night. I am still on liquids until the 29th (ugh!). I took the 1st step peach baby food and added some Splenda and used it as a topping on Blue Bell's low-fat, no sugar added vanilla ice cream. It was yummmy!!

Christel, I do believe they are all talking about sugar free treats. Read them again.
