VA - Has anyone in Hampton Roads Virginia used Dr. Carwell and did insurance cover all

I am hoping to have plastic surgery in the near future and would like to know if Dr. Carwell has had a large amount of success in getting Bc/Bs PPO (Trigon) to cover Torso surgery, abdomen, but, thighs, arms, and sagging breasts? I will get whatever surgery that will be covered, but am hoping that I will be lucky and have it all inclusive. Please advise    — Cathy S. (posted on March 5, 2002)
