Question:
Does anyone know of a doctor in the DC Metro area that does banding? LAP or Open?

Dr. Elariny.. he is located in Arlington... he usually does the LAP but if you request open or for medical reasons need the open he does that too... HE is wonderful. I will 2 months post op tomorrow!! For more info on him email me.
