How much is to much sugar?

I am only 9 days post op but I was going through the grocery store today and looking at labels in reference to sugar, fat, protien and cal. What are some GOOD numbers to stay between? and how much sugar is to much?    — [Anonymous] (posted on July 22, 2001)
