has anyone been approved by fidelity security life insurance?

Although not fidelity, I have been approved for life insurance through Aflac since surgery. It is a supplementary insurance my employer offers, though I pay all the premiums and can keep it after I leave employment. I told them about surgery, and it just didn't seem to be an issue at all.
