Question:
Does any one has any suggestions on how to jump start my weight loss?
I walk aprox. 10 miles a week and get my 64oz of water in. My weight loss has slowed way down. I am 7 months post-op and have lost 109 pounds. But in the last month I've only lost 2 pounds and one week gained it back. Any suggestions will be appricated. — Christine H. (posted on April 16, 2001)

It could be that you are forming muscle right now. Have you taken
measurements??? this might encourage you. Also make sure you get enough
protein, You might want to cut out any and all carbs for a week or so and
increase protien, then resume your regular diet. Plus increase activity.
I'm pretty sure all these things together will boost the metabolism. Repeat
the cycle when you hit another plateau. Good luck.
