How long does it take to get back to

I had emergency surgery 5 days ago for a hernia that had scar tissue strangling it. The pain came on suddenly and was the worst of my life. I am 11 weeks out from my Lap RNY surgery on June 24, 2003. Until this happened I was feeling great and excersing every day. Can others with a similar experience tell me how long their recovery was?
