hiya~
are you getting in 64oz of water? what about liquid protein supplement? i
see you drinking some protein...at your stage i ate similar things but also
had some fruit in there too (canned pears are good). according to my
surgeon, at 5 weeks you should be eating canned fruits & veggies (no
raw for at least 2 months) since canned are basically pre-cooked & easy
to digest.
what does your surgeon say about protein supplments?
good luck,

Stacie, EVERYBODY & EVERY SURGEON IS DIFFERENT? What does your
Nutrionist or Surgeon Say. At 5 weeks out, That is pretty much what I was
eating minus the chicken. I couldn't do chicken till I was about 3 mos
out, I was on beef, shrimp, scallops and turkey at 5 wks. No protein bars
for me until about 2 mos, but, everyone is different, As long as you get
in your water, supplements and Protein, you are good. We started around
the same size, I was 305, I had surgery last 8-15, I am down 118lbs, I was
down about 45lbs at 8 wks. Email me if you need some help. Heather

My surgeon and nutrutionist say six small meals a day, 74 grams of protein
and 64 oz water. Protein supplements are encouraged. I am drinking my 64
oz of water too.

Just watch out for canned fruit, as even the kind in light syrup is high in
sugar and can cause dumping....I did and I thought I was going to die for
about 45 minutes.
