You really should defer to your Doctor on this one. However, I will share
what our doc wants. You should eat, PROTIEN FIRST, (at least 60 grams a
day)Then you can have VEGETABLES SECOND (they have carbs but good ones)
Then FRUIT THIRD, and then if you have room have a better choice of CARB or
treat yourself. PROTIEN=60 GRAMS FAT=20 GRAMS PER DAY. The only other
"rule" was 12gm or less of sugar per each meal. 40lbs is great
by the way. Everyone loses differently and it depends on the individual
and activity level etc. You know that drill by now. When did you have
your surgery? Mine was February 26th, so we are on the same time frame
