Question:
I am having an pannaluctomy removal and hernia repair @ Madigan Hosp?

I am having surgery at Madigan on 1/8/03. I was wondering if anyone else has had a hernia repair and pannaluctomy removal at Madigan Army Hospital? If so any advice or things I need to worry about. In the eight yrs my we have been military I have never had any surgical procedures done at an Military Hospital. Just a little nervous I guess???? Please e-mail with info .. I haven't been to Madigan, but I just had my RNY done at Elmendorf, AFB in Alaska. My care was AWESOME!! I couldn't ask for a better hospital and group of physicians and caregivers. I think the military has done a lot in the last 10 years to upgrade their standards. I wasn't all that impressed 12 years ago when I had my first baby. Now, I wouldn't go anywhere else except a military hospital. Take care!!
