Question:
Seeking Diet Historry/Exercise Regime of those 6 Months Post Op

What you ate & for how long from day one. Examples would be great. Like .. If you say liquid diet give a few examples .. Or soft diet ... give a few examples. Also how soon you exercised. I may not be the best person to follow, but what I usually do (at least M-F). On my way to work I drink a protein shake (150-170 Calories), about 9 am I have a yogurt (90) or a hard boiled egg (70), at noon-ish I have some Louis Rich Chicken (70) and some cheese (100), after work I have another protein drink (150-170), for dinner I have what-ever I make the family - (for example) Two sections of BBQ ribs, salad and a few bites of baked beans (300) and for a snack around 8 pm I try to keep it under 200 calories. Now this is a sample, I average between 1000-1200 calories per day. I make sure I drink at least 10 glasses of water a day. I am not trying to lose any more weight, so I excercise only 3 days a week now. I know that each person is different, I don't have a whole lot of variety in my M-F menu, because it is what works for me.

Sara, if you haven't already, check out the library. There are alot of folks who have posted their diets at different stages and their exercise regime.
