Question:
Seeking post ops who had major complications. How do they affect you long term?

Hi, Mine have not affected me at all so far. I pray they never will. The only thing going on now is the "mental" thing, which I am getting help with.

I had complications and had to have a second sugery and it has not made a difference. I feel great, I needed 6 units of blood and was a little tired when I left the hospital but I chocked it up to the blood loss!

I had a perforation in my stomach and marginal ulcer. Hole got patched and will hopefully never come back. Ulcer I will be dealing with for a while, but is controlled somewhat and is not for life. Went through hell, but don't regret a thing. Nothing can take away how great I feel at being a size 6! Goodluck to you
