Question:
Does anyone know of any legislation concerning WLS in the state of West Virginia?

I was hoping that someone might be able to tell me if there is legislation in the state of West Virginia pertaining to the coverage of WLS by insurance companies. Hi Anthony, I haven't heard of anything about this but probably the best answer would be to call one of your legislators. What kind of legislation did you hear was in the works? I had my surgery at Ruby Memorial in Morgantown and I am doing great. Dr. Bergstein is wonderful! I am down 96 lbs ...open rny....transected. Good luck and let me know if you find out anything as I am always trying to help others in their journies here in our great state!
