Question:
Can we have these before 6 months post-op?

You will need to open it and let it set to remove all the carbonation but it will be ok to drink

When I had a taste for my Diet 7up, I would get the 2 liter bottle and pour some in a glass filled with ice (the ice helps get it flat faster). After that initial glass was gone, I could shake up the bottle itself and have the whole thing flat:) If I was out with friends (not eating!) I just made sure I had the soda with alot of ice and stirred it alot. I didn't drink alot of soda, though, as I think it gives me cravings for sweets- but it is a nice change from water once in a while.
