Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield: Has anyone had their pannulectomy covered by Horizon Blue Cross/Blue

Has anyone out there had their pannulectomy covered by Horizon Blue Cross/ Blue Shield of New Jersey? How about a breast reduction? They covered my WLS just fine. I have a ways to go before I can get these procedures done, but I would love to know ahead of time if I'm going to have to hunker down for a fight.    — Jennifer G. (posted on July 2, 2000)
