I am not sure if there is such a recipe book, it sure would be nice. I do have a suggestion, is to try the KRAFT brand Diabetic cookbook, it has some good and simple recipes that are high in protein and low in carbs, and not to mention sugar free of course. I hope that helps =)

Write to: [email protected] He leads a support group in San Diego, Ca. and he has also written a cookbook just for WLS patients. It is wonderful. It takes you step by step thru all the stages after your surgery.

YES! Please visit my profile page or my direct web page for the recipe book "Desserts.....and More!". These are great alternatively sweetened goodies for special occasions. They are mostly desserts, but also other stuff, such as French dressing, BBQ sauce, and 3 different kinds of sweet-n-sour sauce. The web address can be viewed at www.freewebs.com/recipes-after-rny. There's photos, sample recipes, a recipe index and ordering information. Good luck!
