Question:
Is vitamin B12 the sama as B-12 sublingual, which bone, joint pill should I take?

Sublingal just means you dissolove it under your tongue so it is absorbed
into your system faster.

By bone or joint pill do you need are you referring to Calcium. That is
the only thing I was directed to take that would be directly related to
bones. If that's what you mean the standard most people are told to take
is Calcium Citrate 1000-1500mg. Calcium Carbonate needs stomach acid to be
absorbed so that is why we need the Citrate form. You can also get the
Citrate with Vitamin D which helps our body absorb it better. I originally
got a big bottle from GNC but the pills are huge. Now I got Citracal
Ultradense coated tablets and they are smaller, more rounded and much
easier to swallow. You have to take 3 doses of 2 pills each to get 1200
mg, but we also only absorb 400mg at a time, so you wouldn't want to take
anymore.
