hi there :) i guess it depends on the food you are eating and the size the
surgeon made your pouch really. id go by what your pouch tells ya. if its
satisfied stop. but at 2 mo out i was still using 1 0z elixer cups to
measure everything and a half cup measuring cup. if its liquids or a water
based type thing like sf jello or soup or yogurt, youll most likely be able
to eat more, but if its cheese, eggs, meat, nuts, youll not be able to eat
as much. i was eating anywhere from 1 to 2 . depended on what it was. also,
watermelon, popcorn, lettuce, these things break down while they are still
in your mouth so those dont fill the pouch up as fast either. best of luck
to you. :)
