At 8 yrs, I do 6+ protein shakes per day (30g each, made with water). I do
4 feedings. Kinda leap frogged, thoughout the day. Today was not a good
one. TWO of the meals were Happy Meals. Best I can do in the car. Ate
part of the cheeseburger, part of the fries. #3 was carrots (yum) and #4
will be apple slices. A little weird, I know, but I am fully supplementing
with protein & vites. Lately I've been doing one egg & one piece
of toast for bfast, at least one meal is carrots (my fad food of the
moment), one will probably be fast food, one will be normal food, like
maybe pot roast or pork chop with the usual sides. I avoid milk &
sugar only. Fat wont' make me fat again, but sugar will do it in 2 seconds.
