Question:
Where do I start for plastic surgery

Im about 30lbs away from my personal goal of 170. Im big boned so i figured it would be a good weight. Im 5'4. Anyways How hard is it to get approved for a tummy tuck, breast lift and my legs. So far i have bad conditions because of it aside that it just hangs. They fixed my hernia when i had my operation. I had it operated on 2 times figured when i didnt want it fixed it would work huh.
