Question about weight loss and protein and liquids.

hiya. yes because your body will go into "starvation mode" if
it's not getting the necessary nutrition and proteins are the building
blocks for the body. If you don't get into enough liquids (water) you'll
become dehydrated and that is very hard on the body. By the time you feel
thirsty, you're already getting dehydrated.

Yes, I was told that the fat leaves your body through your urine. If you
are not peeing you are not losing. High amounts of protein will also speed
up your weight loss. I am six months post op, down 104 pounds, which is 4
pounds below goal for me.
