Question:
Tried Proteinex and it came right back up.

I'm 9 days out from lap rny. I took my first proteinex today. It taste horrible. I felt tingly all over then it came up. I haven't gagged yet on any others in my soft protein diet. Just my opinion but maybe its just to early for it. Its not exactly yummy. Maybe just mix it with something next time, crytal light etc.

I haven't started on mine yet but thought I would mix it with about 1 or 2 oz of my water. I hope this suggestion helps you .

I've been drinking Proteinex since I came home for the hospital. I mix it in my OJ every morning with my liquid B-Complex. You never taste it that way. I've also had it in SF Kool aid and again you don't taste it. Hope that helps!
