Question:
Geisinger - PA - Does Anyone Have Geisinger Insurance

I have Geisinger Health Insuarance, PA. I requested a Panniculectomy January 2, 2002. Amazingly, January 10, I received a denial letter. I am looking for a good way to appeal this decision. I already called them to complain as they stated in their letter. I really need this surgery due to the apron causing infections. Diane, They denied mine too...and at two different levels, I appealed to the highest internal level (in peson review) for the panni and won...my surgery is next week )(8/14). I also tried to get my arms done, but didn't win there. Let me know if I can help you at all. Tammy [email protected]
