Hi, I bought a wonderful little book called The Complete Nutrition Counter by Lynn Sonberg. It contains all kinds of information on all types of food, even fast food. I bought it at Barnes & Noble. It cost $7.50, well worth it to me. Hope this helps. Mary

I found a website that has been very helpful. You can even change the portion size and the nutritional info will also update. The site is www.cyberdiet.com/ni/htdocs.index.html. Hope this helps.

I use Corinne Netzer's "Complete Book of Food Counts" has everything you can imagine listed, including fast foods. The dietitian who works with me recommended this book. I have found it very helpful.I got it on Amazon.com, also available in most bookstores
