Hi, I bought a wonderful little book called The Complete Nutrition Counter
by Lynn Sonberg. It contains all kinds of information on all types of
food, even fast food. I bought it at Barnes & Noble. It cost $7.50,
well worth it to me. Hope this helps. Mary

I found a website that has been very helpful. You can even change the
portion size and the nutritional info will also update. The site is
www.cyberdiet.com/ni/htdocs.index.html. Hope this helps.

I use Corinne Netzer's "Complete Book of Food Counts" has
everything you can imagine listed, including fast foods. The dietitian who
works with me recommended this book. I have found it very helpful.I got it
on Amazon.com, also available in most bookstores

www.fitday.com
It is free and you can log what you eat and it will track protein and other
nutrional information.
