When you go for your blood work what vitamin & mineral levels are checked?

Here is what my surgeon checks when I have blood work done. lipid profile comp Metabol Ferritin Folic Acid Iron Vitamin B12 Hemoglobin Hemogram Tibc Iron Saturation Again this is what my surgeon checks and everyone's is different. 292/196/165
