Question:
Who else cannot stand the taste of Skim Plus?

I bought Skim Plus and 1% Plus for the three extra grams of protein per cup. (11 as compared to 8 grams in regular skim or 1% milk). Not only was it twice the price, but I thought it tasted terrible, ruining the taste of the milk. I'd rather drink the normal skim or 1% milk and get in the extra three grams of protein elsewhere. Hi Peter, I'm with you! Can't stand the Skim Plus. I just have the regular skim and do just fine.

Hi...I have been drinking Skim Plus as my protein supplement since my surgery in Dec 2000. I mix in some no sugar added Nestle's Quik and put it in the freezer for a while. I love it, it's a treat for me everynight. I'm eight months post-op and have lost 110 pounds.
